These terms govern your use of Inkwirely. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We have written these in plain language. The lawyer language at the bottom is unfortunately necessary.
Inkwirely is a content distribution platform operated by Inkwirely Technologies. It helps you submit your written work to a curated network of partner publications, track placement status, and view simple analytics on the resulting traffic and backlinks.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You keep ownership of everything you write and upload to Inkwirely. By submitting content for distribution, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to display the content, reproduce it for technical operation of the service, and transmit it to partner publications you select.
You also grant the receiving partner publication a license to publish, edit lightly for style, and host your piece on their site. You can request edits or removal directly from your dashboard. Partners honour removal requests outside of legitimate editorial reasons such as embargoed news coverage.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination at our sole discretion.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Charges renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise noted, and exclude taxes which may apply based on your jurisdiction.
You may cancel any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free Starter plan. We do not pro rate refunds for partial periods, except where required by consumer protection law.
If you experience a service failure that materially prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will issue a fair credit or refund.
Each publication in the Inkwirely network has its own editorial standards, response times, and acceptance criteria. Some submissions are declined. Decisions made by partner editors are not appealable through us, although we welcome feedback that helps us improve outlet matching.
Inkwirely is not the publisher of distributed content. Once a piece goes live on a partner site, that site is the publisher and bears editorial responsibility for the article and any user comments on it.
All Inkwirely software, designs, logos, and branding remain the property of Inkwirely Technologies. The Inkwirely name, the editorial framework, the partner network, and the matching algorithms are confidential business information. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
You may delete your account from settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent payment, or extended inactivity. We will provide reasonable notice unless the violation is severe. On termination, content already published on partner sites stays live with those publishers since they own those URLs.
Inkwirely is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that distribution to any specific publication will succeed. We make no warranty about the quality, accuracy, or commercial outcomes of distributed content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkwirely Technologies and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inkwirely Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections that apply to you under your local law and that cannot be waived by agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
